That range matters when you are comparing communities. Because Wander includes both attached and detached homes, buyers at very different stages often end up comparing homes within the same master plan, from those looking at the townhome collections to those after a single-family home with a lakeside location. As with any active master plan, Wander is still taking shape. Different collections are at different points of construction, and the plans, lots, and models available this month are not necessarily the same as the ones available next month. Treat the model the way you would treat any builder's model: as a starting point for what is possible, with current lot and phase availability verified before you make plans around it.

The Builder: Oakwood Homes

One thing to keep in mind is that availability changes by phase and by collection. The plans and lots Oakwood has on the market this month are not the same as last month's, and a phase that is sold out today can release new lots tomorrow. Models are dressed with upgrades that are not in the base price, so ask what is included at the price quoted, not what is in the model.
